Beware when evaluating other web development options. Not all website packages are the same. The first thing you should ask is "is this a custom design or is this a template?" Some web companies sell templates that are freely obtainable on the internet but they charge even more than we do for a custom design. OK, so design is subjective, but when selecting an a firm to develop your website, pull up their portfolio and then pull up ours and compare them side by side. If the flatter, more basic, designs are acceptable to you, then go with that option, but also put yourself in your customer's shoes - your website is your chance to make a good first impression, will you hold them there? We're not saying that we're the only firm that does good design, we are saying to make an educated comparison.
