Some email not being delivered correctly from websites due to spam filtering.
Dear WinWorld hosting client,
It has come to our attention that some of the emails being delivered from the server your website is hosted on are being captured by spam filters.
These are legitimate messages such as inquiry emails sent from a "contact us" form or "order confirmation emails" sent from shopping carts.
This situation can make it appear as if email is not being delivered. According to our research email IS being delivered.
Please note: This notice only applies to those using the Google hosted email solution. If you use Exchange or another hosted email solution, you may not be affected.
Resolution:
During this period, in order to ensure you are receiving all email, please take special care to check your "spam" folder.
This can be done using the following procedure:
- Visit http://webmail.yourwebsite.com/ (be sure to replace "yourwebsite.com" with your actual website address)
- Login with your username and email password.
- Look for the "spam" folder on the left
- Review the messages and mark those that are not spam as "not spam."
