Please be aware that one of our hosting servers is currently down and may be affecting your website.

At 4:48pm we received reports of the the server database becoming unavailable. We immediately logged in to check the issue. The database appeared to be running. When we tried to restart the database, the whole server became unresponsive. We contacted the datacenter to have them manually check and reboot the server. The data center technicians worked for over a half-hour to reboot the server. They received reports that the majority of hard drives in the raid array within the server were indicating an "unreadable" status.

They are continuing to assess the situation. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
