How to send us files

This page explains how to send us files.

You must first add all of your files to a "zip" file before emailing.

On Windows XP:

a. Select multiple files or folders holding CTRL on your keyboard and single left clicking each desired file or folder.

b. Right click one of the highlighted files or folders and select "Send To" then "Compressed (zipped) folder"

c. This will create a zip file in the folder you are viewing.

On Mac OS X:

Holding down the Apple key then and select each file/folder. Then click the action (cog) button in finder and "send to compressed folder."

Then you can send the zip file to us using one of the following methods.

1. Email them to us

If your zip file is under 20 MB, you may attach it to an email and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

2. Upload to our website

If you're file is under 50 MB you can follow this link in order to upload and attach your file to a new support ticket.

3. Use a free web service to send large files

If your file is under 100 MB, use a free file transfer service. This is the easiest and most fail-safe way to send files to anyone in the world.

Just go to one of the above websites, upload your file to them, put in our email and hit send.

4. Use our public FTP

We still offer and FTP service. In Windows XP, open up "My Computer."

In the address bar type in: ftp.winworld.com

Click into the "incoming" folder.

Drag and drop your files into this folder.

This method doesn't actually sound too hard, huh?

5. Mail us a CD or DVD... or even a "thumb drive."

For people from the past, if you mail us a CD, we can probably work with this.

Although, we'll probably smile when we open the package. "Aww.. How cute."

You can find our mailing address here.

By the way, we also accept "flash drives," but if you have a "stick drive" or "thumb stick" that probably won't work.
