A concept that meets a need is powerful.

Customizing pre-existing code
The world wide web is a big place. You may have an original idea, but chances are, there are others who have already had and have worked on that or a similar idea. WinWorld works frequently with Open Source projects. Open Source is basically when a programmer or team of programmers releases their web application code for anyone to customize and use. There are many projects such as content management systems, shopping carts, bulletin boards, social networks, etc., that provide a basis for a project and can be customized to fill your specific requirements.
If your project aligns with a "code base" that is currently available, we will help you locate and identify that pre-existing solution and will strategize with you on how it can be customized to meet your needs. It is, after all, so much better to not have to start from scratch but to have a running start with your web project. We've been working with Open Source projects for years and have the expertise to make your project a success.

Coding from (almost) scratch
If your idea is somewhat unique, we may have to build your project from scratch. When we program a web application from scratch, we do not build everything completely from scratch, we start with what is called a "Framework." A Framework allows a web application to be built without having to rebuild common things like a "drop down menu." When programming with our Frameworks we would simply plug in a pre-existing set of code where the dropdown menu needs to go.
Before we start coding however, we plan. This entails meeting with you a number of times to understand what you want to achieve. We develop interface graphics for your system and write out functional specifications for how your system should work.
The cost for a from-scratch project can range from $15,000 to $100,000.
